Forgot your User ID or Password

  1. Customer Identification
  2. Enter Temporary Password
  3. User ID
  4. Change Password
  5. Complete

To begin the User ID or Password retrieval process, you must input the following information:

  1. The personal identification number you used when you opened your account (Social Security Number [SSN], Cedula or Passport).
  2. An account number at Amerant Bank (Deposit Account, Personal Loan) or Personal Debit Card number.
Cedula Example
If your Cedula is from Venezuela, please include the V or E character in front of the Cedula number without spaces, when entering.
For all other countries, please enter the entire Cedula number as displayed on your Cedula ID Card.
